A simple dish we cooked up today, because we had to visit a family member at the hospital… Quick meal but a little bit healthier than other instant noodles that comes with their own seasoning powders…

Chinese Radish Cake


The Radish cake is a gift by my aunt last christmas 2012, it came pre-cooked/steamed.  We fried it before it was served for breakfast this morning.  It contains some chopped pork meat and dried small shrimps called Hibi in Filipino language.  Radish cakes are also served in chinese restaurants.
